Why this session

    Your evening briefing

Every evening, tomorrow's session lands on your phone. Built from your real history: what you trained, what's overdue, what's flagged, where you'll be.

A real briefing, sent the evening before (you pick the time)
Tue 8/25 Block day 4/35, PR window · Logged: 8/24 push Pull is 15 days overdue. Good slot for it while you're traveling. PR held: too soon after yesterday's strength dip for a max attempt. Back · travel gym B1 · Seated Cable Row: 3×8-10, reverse pyramid B2 · Lat Pulldown: 3×10-12 B3 · Single-Arm DB Row: 3×10/side B4 · Straight-Arm Pulldown: 2×12-15 B5 · DB Curl: 3×10-12 B6 · Back Extension: 2×12
Every briefing comes with the why
    1. It knows where you are in your training block. Day 4 of 35 here, so a max attempt is allowed but not owed.
    2. It counts what you actually did. Trained something else instead of the plan? The real session becomes the record, not a "skipped" mark.
    3. It plans around your life. Traveling for three days, so the session only uses equipment a hotel gym will have.
    4. It protects what's flagged. Pull was chosen partly because it doesn't load a flagged knee.
    5. It says no for you. A PR attempt was held here, with the reason stated, instead of decided silently.
